The Challenge
Perfect Glow Sunless had already established itself as a trusted name in the sunless tanning industry, with nearly two decades of experience, a globally recognized product line, and a loyal Palm Beach clientele. However, the existing website was not effectively translating that credibility into a clear path for potential clients.
The previous design focused heavily on Melissa’s expertise and brand story but lacked the strategic structure needed to guide visitors toward booking. Important information about services, packages, preparation, and frequently asked questions was difficult to find, creating unnecessary friction in the client journey.
The challenge was to transform an information-heavy website into a more intentional, conversion-focused experience that clearly communicates who Perfect Glow serves, what makes the experience unique, and how clients can take the next step.
The redesign focused on improving readability, accessibility, and user experience while elevating the visual direction to better reflect the luxury, editorial feel of the brand. The result is a refined, easy-to-navigate website that showcases Melissa’s authority while keeping the focus on the client experience.

The Approach
The goal of this project was to transform Perfect Glow Sunless from a beautiful online presence into a strategic, conversion-focused website that better reflects the level of expertise behind the brand.
We began by restructuring the content and client journey to make it immediately clear who Melissa serves, what services she offers, what makes her approach different, and how potential clients can take the next step. Rather than leading solely with the founder’s story and credentials, the new structure balances brand authority with the information clients need to confidently book.
The visual direction focused on creating a luxury, editorial experience that matched the reputation of Perfect Glow Sunless. A refined typography system, elevated imagery, and intentional design details created a more premium feel while also improving readability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
Strategic sections were added to showcase Melissa’s expertise, services, bridal offerings, testimonials, frequently asked questions, and industry recognition, creating a more complete experience for visitors while reducing friction throughout the booking process.
From an SEO perspective, the website was optimized with improved page structure, strategic keyword placement, optimized headings, image optimization, and local SEO foundations to better support visibility for luxury spray tanning services in West Palm Beach and surrounding areas.
The finished website creates a clear and intentional path from discovery to booking while positioning Perfect Glow Sunless as the trusted, high-end spray tanning experience it has always been.
